Sales Executive

We're partnering with a growing organization in the large format graphics and signage space that's looking to add a driven, relationship-focused Sales Executive. This role focuses on new business development, account growth, and working closely with internal production teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands large format printing and signage and enjoys owning their territory and results. Looking for motivated, Hungry Individual to sell Window/Wall/Floor Graphics and Banners and Murals.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Drive sales of wide/large format graphics and signage solutions
2. Develop new business while expanding existing client relationships
3. Prepare quotes, proposals, and client presentations
4. Collaborate with production and design teams to meet client expectations
5. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For

1. 4+ years of experience in Wide and large format graphics, Color printing, or signage sales
2. Working knowledge of substrates, applications, and print processes
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
5. Existing book of business is a plus, but not required
6. Experience with the Sports and Events is a must

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000–$90,000 base salary
• 10% commission structure
