Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual sales goals.
  • Establish positive working relationships with customers, brokers, and distributor coordinators to become a trusted point of contact.
  • Communicate with customers clearly, frequently, and professionally to ensure high retention.
  • Provide customized solutions to long-term customers, demonstrating convenience and value.
  • Manage local brokers and ensure that our products are always top of mind.
  • Support and work at industry food events.
  • Leverage key sales metrics and internally provided data to drive customer solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of food sales/food service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 60% Travel Required: 25-30 weeks per year: 2-3 days per week.
