What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in LTL Transportation and logistics.
  • A proven record of leading sales teams to success (current book of transferable business a plus).
  • Sharp strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to devise and advise sales strategy to help mentor and boost team production.
  • A natural connector with strong communication and relationship-building ability.
