The Role
As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be hunting for new business and expanding the current customer base. You must reside within a commutable distance of Cambridge, MD, but may work remotely from home on most occasions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound cold calls and emails.
- Solution Selling: Deeply understand customer requirements to provide "top-notch" transportation and supply chain solutions.
- Account Growth: Develop existing accounts to their highest potential through consistent relationship building and referral mining.
- Operational Partnership: Work closely with operations leaders to ensure seamless execution and outstanding service delivery.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on logistics industry trends, rate fluctuations, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
