We're seeking a Remote LTL Cradle to Grave Freight Broker / Sales Executive to join a fast-growing logistics team.

A hunter mentality with a proven track record in freight brokerage or logistics sales
Someone who can bring or build a book of business and is ready to produce from day one
Experience working with North American lanes (Cross border is helpful)
Ability to close deals, build relationships, and deliver consistent freight volumes
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a LTL Freight Broker or Sales Executive in logistics
Demonstrated sales history - you must provide your professional relationships with documentation of sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a "make it happen" attitude
Source and secure new customers in the freight/logistics space
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service execution
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
