Job Title

We are seeking an experienced LTL Freight Broker / Sales Executive to join a fast growing logistics team. This is a high impact REMOTE opportunity for a true producer who understands the LTL market and can back up performance with real numbers.

Our client is a leading logistics company specializing in dependable, cost effective LTL transportation solutions across North America. This is a fast paced entrepreneurial environment where you will play a direct role in expanding LTL market share and revenue.

What We Are Looking For

Hunter mentality with proven LTL freight sales performance Must bring or actively build an LTL focused book of business Strong understanding of LTL carrier pricing, NMFC classifications, density, accessorials, and margin management Experience managing regional and cross border LTL lanes Ability to consistently move LTL freight with healthy margins

Requirements

Minimum 3 plus years of LTL freight brokerage or LTL sales experience Documented production numbers required including monthly Gross Profit, average margin percentage, loads moved per month specific to LTL, and customer portfolio overview Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Self motivated with a true make it happen mindset

Responsibilities

Source and secure new LTL customers Build and maintain strong shipper relationships Quote, price, and negotiate LTL shipments with carriers Manage execution of LTL freight Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service execution Meet or exceed monthly LTL sales goals and KPIs
