Residential Roof Sales Manager

A highly reputable roofing and restoration contractor is looking for a new Residential Roof Sales Manager to join their team. They have the production side of the operation in place and are in need for someone who can help to increase their customer base and retention.

Residential Roof Sales Manager Duties

  • Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
  • Establish sales strategies and working with a team of salesman
  • Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
  • Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.
  • Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
  • Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.

Residential Roof Sales Manager Experience Required

  • 2+ years of roofing sales or management experience
  • Experience with Residential and Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions
  • Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
