Key Responsibilities
- Recommend seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products based on grower needs
- Build strong, long-term relationships with local growers
- Develop sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Collaborate with other agronomy staff on service and support
- Track and forecast seasonal product needs
- Stay current on agronomy services and precision ag technology
- Support grower success through in-field consultation and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of ag sales experience
- Degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Precision Ag experience a plus
