Sales Agronomist

A trusted and growing agronomy company is seeking a motivated Sales Agronomist to join their team. This position offers a strong compensation and benefits package along with long-term career potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products based on grower needs
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with local growers
  • Develop sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Collaborate with other agronomy staff on service and support
  • Track and forecast seasonal product needs
  • Stay current on agronomy services and precision ag technology
  • Support grower success through in-field consultation and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of ag sales experience
  • Degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Precision Ag experience a plus
