Sales & Inventory Analyst

gpac is seeking a Sales & Inventory Analyst for a rapidly growing leader in the premium pet food space.

This role focuses on forecasting, inventory planning, sales reporting, and cross-functional support. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving operational challenges that drive profitable growth.

You will partner with sales, finance, operations, and logistics to support accurate forecasting, inventory health, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Sales reporting and performance analysis
• Demand forecasting and inventory planning
• Replenishment and inventory accuracy management
• Customer portal and reporting support
• Deductions and chargeback analysis
• Profitability tracking and reporting
• Cross-functional process improvement

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in sales ops, forecasting, inventory planning, or analytics
• Experience in CPG, food, retail, or consumer products preferred
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• ERP and BI tools experience preferred
• Knowledge of deductions/chargebacks a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must be able to work onsite daily
