Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales in the custom screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of leads and regularly follow up with potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers.
  • Understand client needs and offer product solutions that meet branding and marketing objectives. Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Process Execution: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
  • Product Knowledge & Industry Insight: Stay up to date on trends in custom apparel, promotional merchandise, and marketing materials.
  • Understand production timelines, decoration techniques (screen printing, embroidery, etc.), and product capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to support promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in custom apparel or promotional products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of industry platforms such as ASI, SAGE, or DistributorCentral.
  • Existing customer network in branded merchandise or apparel.
  • Experience with apparel decoration methods (screen printing, DTG, embroidery).
