Key Account Manager/Sales Executive

3PL organization, priding themselves on their robust end to end solutions they offer to their clients, as well as reputation for excellence in the market, is seeking a Key Account Manager/Sales Executive!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee domestic operations, reporting, load coverage, and customer care
  • Overseeing staff activities and customer requests
  • Partner with the sales and operations teams for optimal customer satisfaction
  • Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
  • Traveling to meet with key clients, on a regular basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • 5 plus years in overseeing and managing staff
  • 5-7 years of experience, specifically, in domestic logistics distribution, with focus on FTL
  • High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
  • Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
