This is an onsite role where you'll be out in the field—meeting clients face-to-face, walking the warehouse floor, and hitting the pavement to grow the business.

• Drive new business opportunities in logistics, freight, and supply chain services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-energy, hands-on engagement.
• Deliver tailored solutions to diverse customers with a consultative sales approach.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets with passion and persistence.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of proven success in logistics and transportation sales.
• 5+ years in business-to-business sales, with a track record of closing and exceeding quotas.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish required).
• High-energy, self-starter who thrives on face-to-face selling and building community connections.
• A professional who embraces diversity and knows how to connect with customers across cultures.

• Competitive base salary $75,000 – $135,000, plus performance incentives.
