Sales Manager

A growing organization in the pet product industry is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across grocery and pet specialty channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional with experience managing regional, national, or headquarter-level accounts.

What You'll Do

• Develop and strengthen partnerships with grocery and pet specialty retailers, distributors, and brokers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution in key markets
• Manage existing account relationships to support long-term success
• Collaborate internally to execute promotions, marketing strategies, and brand objectives

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of sales experience in CPG, food & beverage, or pet products
• Proven success working with retail buyers or distribution partners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% for customer visits and meetings
