A growing organization in the pet product industry is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across grocery and pet specialty channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional with experience managing regional, national, or headquarter-level accounts.
Develop and strengthen partnerships with grocery and pet specialty retailers, distributors, and brokers
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution in key markets
Manage existing account relationships to support long-term success
Collaborate internally to execute promotions, marketing strategies, and brand objectives
5+ years of sales experience in CPG, food & beverage, or pet products
Proven success working with retail buyers or distribution partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% for customer visits and meetings
