Sales Representative – Environmental & Industrial Services

Join a growing leader in the Environmental & Industrial Services industry and make an impact where it counts — helping clients keep operations safe, compliant, and sustainable.

We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop new business and grow market share across industrial, municipal, energy, and commercial sectors in the Oklahoma City region. If you thrive in field-based sales and enjoy connecting technical solutions with real-world environmental needs, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on growing revenue and client base.
  • Prospect, build relationships, and close deals with industrial, municipal, and commercial customers.
  • Sell a full suite of environmental and industrial services, including:
    • 24/7 Emergency Spill Response & Environmental Cleanup
    • Industrial Cleaning & Vacuum Services (tank, pit, internal, sludge removal)
    • Wastewater Treatment & Compliance Monitoring
    • Waste Transport, Disposal, and Waste Management Solutions
  • Partner with operations, safety, and compliance teams to deliver turnkey, high-quality service.
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, safety forums, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in environmental services, industrial cleaning, wastewater, waste management, or a related technical/field service.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
  • Strong technical aptitude with comfort around industrial processes, fluid/sludge handling, or regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive — capable of working independently in a field environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally (mostly local).

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with EPA, OSHA, DOT, or local environmental regulations.
  • Experience responding to or coordinating emergency service projects.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (DOE)
  • Commission: Uncapped – realistic 1st year total ~$120,000+
  • Benefits: Full health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off
  • Travel: Local/regional territory (vehicle reimbursement provided)
