A leading industry seed company is expanding its sales staff and seeking an Inside Seed Sales Rep to add to their team. This company offers a family feel and prides their business ethics of honesty and integrity.
Primary Function:
Learn company seed product line and develop customer relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Build and develop strong customer relationships
Make recommendations to customers based on production goals
Conduct customer presentations
Understanding of regional seed markets
Attend industry events
Minimum Qualifications:
4-year degree in Agriculture, Ag Business or equivalent experience
3-5 years of agricultural industry sales experience but willing to train the right candidate
Knowledge of turf, forage, and cover crops is beneficial
Excellent ability to work autonomously
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills
