We're seeking an experienced Transportation Sales Executive to drive new business growth across our national network specializing in temperature-controlled LTL and cold chain logistics. About the Role
As a key member of our sales team, you'll develop and manage strategic customer relationships while delivering customized logistics solutions for temperature-sensitive freight. You'll have the autonomy to build your own portfolio and the support of a proven operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in logistics or transportation sales within a 3PL or asset-based environment.
Hands-on experience managing temperature-controlled LTL freight.
Proven success overseeing or contributing to a $2MM+ book of business.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
