Technical Sales Representative

Join a market leader in the HVAC industry and drive growth within a high-performance, team-oriented sales organization. We are seeking a strategic, technically minded Sales Manager to lead territory development, build lasting client relationships, and deliver engineered HVAC solutions across commercial and industrial markets.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer retention
  • Prospect, contact, and meet with customers to promote HVAC products, equipment, and engineered solutions
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, system recommendations, and cost estimates
  • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, service, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, services, and emerging HVAC technologies
  • Analyze job performance data and production metrics to improve future bids and customer outcomes
  • Provide market intelligence on customer needs, competition, and industry advancements
  • Represent the company professionally and promote a strong, positive brand image

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical, construction, controls, engineering, service, or technical sales
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical design, and engineered equipment solutions
  • Proven success in B2B sales, account management, and relationship development
  • Strategic, self-motivated, and highly organized with exceptional communication skills
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent work ethic with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle within assigned territory
