This Trainee will support both our country sales operations and commercial excellence team in delivering sales operations excellence in areas of business partnering, sales insights, process excellence and system integrations. The trainee will gain experience in cross functional collaboration and scaling enterprise operations.
Grab offers exposure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where trainees can develop both technical and communication skills while supporting cross-functional projects.
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
The trainee will be involved in the following areas:
Learn how to perform sales insights and business partnering skills to help our sales team understand their achievements vs targets
Understand the gaps and inefficiencies in our commercial excellence process and recommend optimisation plans
Gain experience on how a sales operations organisation is run on an Enterprise level.
