Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or at least 2+ years of hotel sales experience—you know your way around a client meeting and a room setup.

A knack for negotiation and reading between the lines of contracts—you've got the fine print handled.

Business communication skills that impress—written, verbal, and everything in between.

You speak fluent Microsoft Office (Excel doesn't scare you), and you're tech-savvy by nature.

A confident, polished presence—you represent the Cottonwood in style.

You've got that proactive hustle—fast-paced, driven, and always looking to close the next win.

You don't just talk the talk—you live and breathe customer service and brand standards.

You understand the market landscape—who's competing, what's trending, and how to stay ahead of it all.

Pressure? Deadlines? Multiple events at once? You've got the time management game locked down.

A natural communicator, you connect effortlessly with clients, teams, and vendors alike.

Creative flair for designing events that wow—because cookie-cutter just isn't your thing.

Solid banquet know-how—from AV and setups to menu planning and scheduling.

You can collaborate with chefs to craft menus that dazzle guests and keep profits on point.

Experience with hospitality CRM systems like Delphi, Daylight, Marriott CI/TY, or Starwood ISAC? That's a major bonus.
