✨ About The Role
- Responsible for proactive government agency outreach and SaaS sales in the Australia/New Zealand market
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
- Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close, understanding prospective customer pain points, and highlighting Granicus' value
- Conduct product demos over video conference, guide customers through the sales process, and work collaboratively with internal teams
- Travel within the territory to visit prospects, attend industry events, and achieve sales goals
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum five years of directly relevant professional experience in business development, account and relationship management
- Proficiency in Salesforce and previous experience working with government SaaS contracting mechanisms and sales processes
- Exceptional presentation skills and experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) and digital services and platforms industry
- Ability to confidently run product demos for decision-makers of companies varying across all levels of Government
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with team members, Product Team, and Customer Success Team to achieve sales goals
