As Grata continues our rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who's a strategic thinker, a strong closer, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, mentoring junior teammates, and deepening our presence in core financial services markets like Private Equity, M&A, and Investment Banking.
Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Grata is committed to providing competitive cash compensation and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The compensation for this role is targeted at $100,000-125,000 for the base salary and a variable pay based on goals and quota attainment. Transparency is a core value at Grata, and we welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
