Kgns is looking for a Sales Assistant to provide coordination of digital product fulfillment and creative and administrative development for both broadcast and digital ad campaigns. Kgns is the dominant company in the market with the strength of 5 broadcast properties(NBC,Telemundo, CBS, ABC, CW), and two digital platforms, Kgns.tv and TelemundoLaredo.tv, and the full dynamic suite of extended audience products of 956 Digital. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality, and have a drive to succeed. The salary for this position is $18.00/hr.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Creative content development

- Administration of digital fulfillment processes

- Sales lead development

- Client satisfaction reporting

- Administrative assistance to the sales team

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Social Media Management experience needed

- Content development software

- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

- Competitive, persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated

- Outside media sales experience preferred but not required

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

- Professional appearance

- Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and insurance

- College Degree Preferred (but not required)

- A basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
