- The Sales Development Representative role involves creating a world-class buying experience for prospects as an extension of the brand
- Responsibilities include responding to interest via marketing leads, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with Account Executives to create new business opportunities
- The role requires managing a consistent pipeline of daily activities and working closely with the sales team for continuous pipeline growth
- Participation in enablement sessions to promote development of subject matter expertise in the MedTech industry and sales skills
- Expected to demonstrate consistent growth and quota attainment within 6-9 months to progress within the role

- Ideal for someone with 1-2 years of sales experience in the B2B SaaS space
- Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management, and ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Must be extremely organized, able to work autonomously, and highly accountable
- Passion for sales and a track record of success in an SDR, BDR, or quota-carrying role
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with others to create impact and navigate change in a fast-paced environment
