Our Media department is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Virtual Assistant who will provide crucial support to our Sales team.

The Sales Virtual Assistant is an internal-facing role that operates behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of our sales operations and, even more, the accuracy of our sites and channels.

Your main responsibilities will be to handle a variety of administrative tasks that support the services and products we sell. Ensure our affiliate sites and landing pages are up to date with weekly checks that correct brands and info are displayed. Update bonuses and tracking links to ensure performance is optimized and data is correctly tracked. Maintain and update our internal documentation to ensure the sales team has all the tools to carry out their tasks smoothly. Liaise with internal teams to coordinate the set up and delivery of the agreed promotion (reviews, banners, videos, etc). Support the sales team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or virtual administrative role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc).
• Experience in iGaming and/or with sales tracking software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
