Responsibility Area:

  • Leading a regional team of Sales Specialists in close cooperation with the Director NIIS Germany.
  • Responsibility for the consistent development of skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Analysis of regional markets and development of regional sales strategies to secure and expand market position in close coordination with the Director Sales NIIS Germany.
  • Communication and implementation of strategies.
  • Realization of regional sales and expense targets through the development and implementation of respective sales and marketing concepts.
  • Active participation in the development of short-, medium-, and long-term sales and marketing planning as well as general support in the planning process.
  • Support and monitoring in the creation and implementation of customer and account plans.
  • Individual coaching of team members as well as onboarding of new team members and their training in the area.
  • Participation in the selection of new team members.
  • Conceptualization of visit plans in close cooperation with the Director Sales NIIS Germany.
  • Joint care of KOLs within the region.
  • Active and regular participation in medical, marketing, and project team meetings.
  • Collection, updating, and communication of market data.
  • Regular analysis and presentation of sales KPIs.
  • Monitoring and communication of KPIs within the region.
  • Regular organization and conduct of team conferences.

Requirements Profile:

  • Knowledge according to §75 Drug Act.
  • Several years of proven and successful experience in the pharmaceutical sales (in the outpatient sector and in the clinic).
  • Proven experience in the successful management and development of a team.
  • Sophisticated appearance as well as pronounced communicative skills.
  • Very good presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the regional/national customer structures.
  • Strategic and analytical competence.
  • Good CRM and MS Office user skills.
  • Good English language skills are an advantage.
  • Leadership experience is an advantage.
