In a replacement, you will join a consulting team dedicated to a diverse client portfolio across different sectors (insurance, entertainment, retail, food and beverage). The team consists of five people (Account Executive, Account Manager, an Account Director, and two Business Directors) and operates in a highly autonomous manner. You will work in tandem with the Account Manager.

Mission: Within the team, you will support the teams on the follow-up of campaigns. This role is versatile and involves direct and regular contact with the client.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Taking client briefs and participating in the development of strategies.
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative competitive analyses (tracking media investments and communication strategy) using tools such as Kantar and Medialand.
  • Participating in the development of multi-media plans based on client briefs (overall strategy and investment strategy on various media: TV, video, social, display, radio, press, search).
  • Managing relationships with internal media experts (mainly digital, but also multi-screen, display, radio) as well as with advertising agencies: presenting studies, participating in meetings with different agencies.
  • Financial management: creating client quotes, following up on invoicing, verifying purchase orders, attaching to Media Manager, and managing financial processes.
  • Monitoring, optimizing campaigns and client reporting, ensuring the proper functioning and timely submission of documents.
  • Developing reports and participating in the analysis of the lessons learned from the different actions.
  • Oral presentations to the client of the results of your work (e.g., competitive analyses), in collaboration with the Account Manager.
  • Occasional travel to the client (2-3 times a year in Paris) for important meetings.

Profile sought:

  • Education & Experience: Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Communication, with significant first experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first job) in a media agency or advertiser in the advertising field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • You are proficient in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
    • You have in-depth knowledge of audience research and media planning tools.
    • Familiarity with professional tools such as Kantar, Medialand, Media Manager is a strong plus.
    • Knowledge of different media channels (TV, video, social, display, radio, press, search) is an asset.
  • Languages: A minimum level of English (B2 recommended) is required, especially for regular exchanges with the UK hub for one of the clients.
  • Behavioral Skills:
  • You have excellent teamwork and a strong ability to work in co-construction, demonstrating responsiveness, versatility, and great interpersonal and oral skills.
  • Your rigor, organization, and ability to manage dynamic environments and periods of high activity are recognized.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable professionalism in client interactions.
  • A good rapport and the ability to integrate well into the team are paramount.
  • You are proactive, have a sense of initiative, and can quickly adapt to varied client contexts and account changes.
  • You are also able to question your work, manage complex situations with diplomacy, and communicate in a structured manner.
  • Your curiosity, willingness to fully invest, and listening skills are essential assets to rapidly develop your skills and become autonomous.

Recruitment process:

  • Interview with the recruitment team: A first telephone or video conference interview with Soukaina, a senior talent acquisition within the group. This will allow us to better understand your skills and experience, and give you the opportunity to ask questions about the role and the company.
  • Operational interviews: You will meet the Account Director of the team (your future manager) and the Account Manager with whom you will work in tandem. A physical interview is mandatory. The Business Directors may also participate in an optional interview if necessary.
  • Case study: A case study will be proposed to you to assess your technical skills related to the role. A presentation will be offered.
