Context: In the context of gaining a strategic account and creating new positions, we are looking for two Account Executive F/H to strengthen our consulting teams dedicated to diverse clients.

The team is composed of Account Managers, Account Directors, and Business Directors, with regular interactions with internal media experts.

Mission: Within the team, you will accompany Account Managers and Account Directors on the follow-up and management of campaigns. These positions are versatile and involve direct and regular contact with the client. Your main missions will include:

  • Taking client briefs and participating in the development of strategies.
  • Developing qualitative and quantitative competitive analyses (tracking media investments and communication strategy) using tools like Kantar and Medialand.
  • Participating in the development of multi-media plans based on client briefs (overall strategy and investment strategy on different media).
  • Managing relationships with internal media experts and with advertising agencies: presenting studies, participating in meetings with different agencies.
  • Financial management: creating client quotes, following up on invoicing, verifying purchase orders, attaching to Media Manager, and managing financial processes.
  • Monitoring, optimizing campaigns, and client reporting, ensuring the proper functioning and timely sending of documents.
  • Developing reports and participating in the analysis of lessons learned from different actions. • Oral presentations to the client of the results of your work (e.g., competitive analyses), in collaboration with the Account Manager.

Profile Sought

  • Education & Experience: Graduated from a Bac+4/5 in Business School or Communication School, you have a significant first experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first job) in a media agency or with the advertiser in the advertising field.
  • Technical Skills (Hard Skills):
    • You are proficient in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint) at an advanced level.
    • You have in-depth knowledge of audience research and media planning tools.
    • Familiarity with professional tools such as Kantar, Medialand, Media Manager is a real asset.
    • Knowledge of different media levers is an asset. A strong appetite and/or knowledge of the digital is particularly sought for one of the profiles.
  • Languages: Fluent English required

    • You have an excellent team spirit and a strong ability to work in co-construction.
    • You demonstrate impeccable rigor and organization, essential for managing multiple projects and coordinating with different stakeholders.
    • Reactivity, versatility, and great interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Your ability to manage dynamic environments and periods of high activity is recognized.
    • You have a good sense of relationships and impeccable professionalism during client interactions.
    • A good feeling and the ability to integrate well into the team are paramount.
    • You are proactive, have a sense of initiative, and can quickly adapt to varied client contexts and account changes.
    • You are also able to question your work, manage complex situations with diplomacy, and communicate in a structured manner.
    • Your curiosity, willingness to fully invest, and listening to advice are essential assets to quickly develop skills and become autonomous.

Recruitment Process

  • Interview with the recruitment team: A first interview by phone or video conference with the talent team. This will allow us to better understand your skills and experience, and give you the opportunity to ask questions about the position and the company.
  • Operational Interviews: You will have a first interview in teams with two Account Directors. A second physical interview will be planned with an AD and the Business Director, followed by a business case with restitution.
  • Final Interview: Finalists will have a final interview with the Business Partner.
