What You'll Do

• Train, coach, and develop a team of Sales Professionals
• Manage performance, career progression, turnover, and hiring
• Lead by example by actively prospecting through cold calling & lead generation
• Attend client meetings to support the full sales cycle
• Present customized solutions that make businesses Simpler, Safer, and Stronger
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation
• Partner closely with the VP of Operations to manage daily operations in the Phoenix office
• Create meaningful impact for small and mid-sized businesses in your community
