Responsibilities: This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other local healthcare partners.
  • Develop and deliver a clear territory plan based on customer insight and local needs.
  • Share accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals' decision-making.
  • Record and report activity and outcomes reliably using company systems.
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
  • Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends, and practical ways to improve performance.

Basic Qualification: We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Rishikesh.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualification: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sales roles.
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity and prioritize work.
  • Fluency in Telugu or other local languages used in the region.
  • High motivation to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibility.
