You will manage customer relationships in the Kasia territory, driving business growth and achieving sales targets. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams to deliver value. We're looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and passionate about building strong connections.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to drive growth.
  • Use customer insights to tailor solutions and meet their needs effectively.
  • Allocate resources strategically to maximize impact and customer value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share ideas and achieve common goals.
  • Stay committed to personal learning and adapt quickly to new ways of working.

Qualifications/Skills

Basic:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in field sales or territory management.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

  • Previous sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong listening and communication skills to engage healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to interpret data and apply insights strategically.
  • High learning agility and business acumen.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
