Position Summary: You will represent GSK's vaccines portfolio to hospitals, clinics and public health partners in Hsinchu. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and decision makers. You will turn customer insight into clear plans that improve access and protect patients. Responsibilities: This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital clinicians, vaccine program leads and public health teams in Hsinchu.
• Deliver clear, evidence-based information about vaccination programs to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet agreed objectives and grow access.
• Work closely with medical affairs, market access and account teams to implement local initiatives.
• Use local market data to identify opportunities and report actionable plans to your manager.
• Manage territory activities, CRM records and budget responsibly and in line with compliance standards.

Basic Qualification: We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' sales experience working with hospitals or public health organisations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to guide decisions.
• Right to work in Taiwan.

Preferred Qualification: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Experience working in a teaching hospital or public health setting.
• Background in vaccines, infectious disease, or preventive health.
• Experience presenting clinical or scientific information to clinicians.
• Existing network of contacts in Hsinchu and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrated ability to lead local projects and work cross-functionally.
• Good organizational skills and experience managing territory plans and budgets.
