Position Summary

You will be a trusted sales representative covering an assigned territory in Taiwan. You will build strong, professional relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic teams. You will share clear scientific information, deliver territory plans, and work closely with colleagues across commercial, medical and operations teams. Responsibilities

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic staff across your assigned territory.
  • Present accurate, evidence-based information and provide educational support to help healthcare professionals make informed decisions.
  • Create and execute territory plans to meet sales and patient access goals.
  • Use local market insights and data to prioritise customers and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and deliver customer-facing initiatives and events.
  • Keep clear records of activities, follow-up actions and progress against targets.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin. Functional English for written materials and training.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work independently.
  • Valid Taiwan driver's license and willingness to travel regularly across the territory.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and a patient-focused approach.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience working with vaccines, pediatrics or hospital/clinic healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with Taiwan's healthcare system and vaccination programmes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable using digital tools for planning, reporting and customer engagement.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills to turn insights into action.
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to continuous learning.
