Job Description

Commissions based on your sales.

Includes a laptop and a cell phone.

Travel allowance and additional allowance for green driving.

Strong sales skills and recognized for generating results.

Enjoys being on the road and demonstrates great ease in establishing connections with people.

Experience in the electrical field or a related sector (distribution, construction, technical equipment, etc.).

Well-versed in the realities of the entrepreneurial and industrial environment and knows how to adapt their approach according to the type of client.

Self-reliant and organized person, who takes their responsibilities seriously and performs work of great quality.

Excellent knowledge of clients, industry trends, products, and competition.

Here is a typical day:

Develop your sector by identifying new business opportunities with growing companies, entrepreneurs, and industrial clients.

Maximize sales with all clients. Offer alternative and complementary products.

Respond to client needs and find adequate solutions, as needed.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.

Maintain excellent knowledge of the clientele, products, and competition.

Monitor the evolution of profitability and client credit. Inform the director of any negative trends.

Work with the team to understand strengths and possibilities and recommend solutions to improve the client promise.
