- The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for the full new business sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- The role involves continuous focus on pipeline generation and new business development to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- The candidate will conduct online and in-person presentations and demonstrations of the HackerOne platform.
- Collaboration with Sales Development Representatives is crucial to develop and implement effective prospect communication plans.
- The position requires maintaining an accurate quarterly sales forecast and properly transitioning new customers to Customer Success and Account Management teams.
- The candidate will receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and development from their manager to enhance their skills.
- The role includes utilizing Salesforce for lead, account, and opportunity management.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail.
- A minimum of 7 years of sales experience is required, with at least 2 years in enterprise SAAS software sales targeting a technical audience.
- The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing a strong sales process.
- Demonstrable experience in over-performing in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment is essential.
- The candidate should be adept at understanding and articulating new technologies and mapping value propositions to customer needs.
- Experience selling to the DACH market and having a network of existing C-Level executives in Cyber Security is preferred.
- Fluency in German is a must for this role.
