Digital Technology is accompanying the Aftersales department throughout a significant transformation, anticipating and translating their business requirements into evolved and innovative solutions for processes and systems. As the DT Business Analyst Aftersales, you will work with the relevant DT Business Partner and business stakeholders, serving also as project manager in implementing all the agreed changes and improvements in existing and future applications. You will promote business efficiency analysis and propose digitization projects. You will coordinate and coach all business stakeholders and liaise with other DT team members, in order to complete all the phases of the digital transformation in a timely, cost effective and flawless manner, always ensuring continuous operations and best quality outcomes.

Education: Degree in Management Engineering or Information Technology
Previous Experience: 1/2 years in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; preferably in sectors with high industrial complexity and with advanced and articulated information technology environment
Skills:
Languages: Fluent in both Italian and English
Other: Willing to travel both domestic and international according to project needs
