- The Business Development Representative (BDR) will work collaboratively with HammerTech Account Executives to drive sales growth. - Responsibilities include prospecting into strategic business accounts through cold calls, emails, and social strategies. - The BDR will set up meetings for Account Executives with prospective clients to enhance the sales pipeline. - Building relationships with existing customers through consistent follow-up and communication is a key responsibility. - The role involves researching the industry to identify new leads and anticipate prospective client needs. - The BDR will act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine next steps for each. - Monitoring existing HammerTech customers to identify opportunities for expanded product use is essential. - The BDR will present product information to customers once their needs are identified.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, business, or a related field. - Experience in SaaS business development, particularly in the construction industry, is highly valued. - Strong client service skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and clients. - Excellent listening skills and the capacity to understand and clarify customer needs are crucial for success in this role. - The candidate should possess analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team. - Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines. - A proven track record of meeting weekly targets and key performance indicators is important. - The candidate should demonstrate resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections.
