✨ About The Role
- The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospects and clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how HappyCo products can address their challenges
- The role involves meeting quotas, company goals, and client expectations, while also managing project timelines and budgets effectively
- The Account Executive will research and establish new sales accounts, lead meetings with prospects, and prepare proposal estimates based on client requirements
- They will work towards exceeding quota targets, managing the sales pipeline, and forecasting opportunities accurately
- The position requires negotiating and closing deals with top Enterprise Accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and building relationships with key C-level Executives
⚡ Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in the multifamily, property management, or real estate industry
- Strong sales methodology and a proven track record of closing deals greater than $100K
- Experience selling to C-Level Executives and managing complex sales processes
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels, including C-level executives
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
