- The Sales Planning Coordinator will support the management and S&OP team in establishing new planning inputs to improve forecast accuracy. - Responsibilities include consolidating and analyzing sales forecasts, product quotas, availability changes, and result reports. - The role involves proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions for methods and processes in the area. - Coordination of routines and processes related to budget reconciliation and investment controls with clients and distributors is required. - The candidate will oversee the cycles of new contracts and renewals, ensuring alignment with KPI planning actions. - The position also includes managing updates to commercial policies, including conditions, promotions, and new product launches.

- A bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Development of Systems, or related fields is required for this position. - The ideal candidate should have experience with sales budgeting, forecasting, and related analyses. - Previous experience in managing teams is essential for this role. - Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools is necessary to support data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in English and Excel at an advanced level is required to effectively communicate and analyze data. - The candidate should be adaptable to remote work and have easy access to Porto Alegre/RS.
