- Lead the sales team and drive revenue growth across the country by building a repeatable and predictable sales motion to acquire and upsell customers
- Establish sales best practices, set and achieve sales quotas, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting in Salesforce
- Hire, recruit, and mentor a high-performing team of sales and account management reps to unlock bookings through channel and direct sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

- Experienced SaaS sales leader with a track record of success in a $10-50M+ B2B software company, particularly in lead generation, new client sales, and account management
- Skilled in consultative selling to larger enterprise customers with a focus on building and managing high-performing sales teams in the tech industry
- Proficient in CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to business development and a strong technical background in infrastructure database software
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop strong client relationships, and represent the company at industry events
