Sales Executive Opportunity

We are looking for a high-impact sales executive to grow Oracle's enterprise communications in the Southeast and Gulf region. This role involves owning growth, pipeline, and customer success from prospect to close. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in dynamic markets, identifies opportunities early, and consistently meets stretch targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a regional strategy for new enterprise business.
  • Pursue new logo opportunities and exceed quota objectives.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships to translate technology into business outcomes.
  • Lead the full deal cycle including qualification, solution design, value articulation, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
  • Partner with Sales Consulting, Marketing, and Ecosystem teams to deliver cloud communication solutions.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast accuracy.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of enterprise technology or SaaS sales experience.
  • Hunter mentality with a record of landing large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to build executive influence and manage complex sales environments.
  • Strong business acumen and storytelling capability.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Attributes

  • Deep understanding of the Southeast and Gulf enterprise market.
  • Experience co-selling with ecosystem partners.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, or cloud infrastructure sales.
  • Success selling to Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Technically fluent with CRM and digital selling tools.
  • Remote based with travel throughout the Southeast and Gulf corridor.

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,600 to $207,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
