Retail Merchandisers

Are you ready for an exciting sales-focused position? We are actively hiring Retail Merchandisers to join the team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication, and team member skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: HI, Kailua-Kona

Pay Range: $21–$23 per hour (based on experience)

What's the Job?

• Build strong relationships with retailers to deliver consistent results.
• Promote high-quality FreshPoint products and make a real impact on customer experience through visual displays, stocking, and reliable inventory management.
• Craft creative and engaging product displays to drive sales and shopper engagement.
• Manage inventory, oversee ordering, and address billing or scanning issues to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Preferred: 2 years of retail merchandising experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
