Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Sales Director to join our team in Washington, D.C. This position will cover the Capital and Coastal states area which include, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North and South Carolina.
As a Sales Director, you will be a:
Strategic leader responsible for driving company growth and profitability through development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies. Establishes and strengthens high-impact relationships with clients, real estate, design firms, project management firms and distribution partners to generate sustained business growth. Provides leadership, direction, and performance oversight to direct report team, ensuring alignment, accountability, and unified focus on capturing market share. Consistently meets or exceeds assigned sales targets and quota.

Haworth offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. For those in eligible roles, sales incentive bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions. This role offers a salary range of 152k to 296k, depending on candidate experience, education, and skill set.
