Partner Data & Operations Analyst

Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control, and energy solutions at our company-owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. This is an onsite position reporting into Charlotte, NC.
The Partner Data & Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new and existing customers, managing timely and accurate rebate payments, overseeing the ingestion of customer and transaction data, tracking and processing commission payments, and performing basic data analysis to support business operations and reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, support, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience
- Process and validate rebate claims in accordance with program guidelines and timelines
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding rebate status and resolve any discrepancies
- Receive, verify, and import customer data files into internal systems accurately and on schedule
- Monitor data quality and escalate any issues or anomalies for resolution
- Maintain organized records of data submissions and ingestion logs
- Perform routine data checks, summaries, and simple reporting to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement
- Process monthly and weekly commissions: this process includes accounts reconciliation, running reports, populating worksheets, performing calculations, obtaining approvals and preparing files for payments
- Summarize and communicate commission data to multiple team members
- Calculate and audit commissions payments to sales personnel based on commission plans
- Maintain an accurate trackable record of commissions and supporting data
- Troubleshoot commission issues and resolve through investigation
- Support ad-hoc data requests and contribute to process improvement
Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A minimum of 3 years' experience required in a similar role such as Sales Support or Sales Operations with experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a CRM tool, specifically Salesforce, as well as experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Reimbursement/Commission experience Preferred
