Country Sales & Operations Manager

The Country Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for executing commercial strategy, developing the Turkish market, and overseeing daily operations at the local site. The role drives revenue and margin performance, ensures operational reliability, and supports the delivery of differentiated solutions. The position reports to the ND Industries Europe Director.

Commercial Execution

  • Execute local sales strategies and deliver assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand presence in target segments.
  • Maintain pricing discipline and ensure effective value-based selling.
  • Manage key accounts and develop strong customer relationships.

Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the Turkey site.
  • Ensure service quality, safe operations, workforce discipline, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with regional Operations and Quality teams to maintain standards.
  • Oversee production scheduling, local inventory, and customer service responsiveness.

Team Leadership

  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and support talent development.
  • Foster engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Direct leadership of the Turkish operations team.

Planning & Reporting

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, operational metrics, and performance analyses.
  • Support budget input for sales and local operational needs.
  • Ensure effective CRM usage, pipeline management, and site reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Technical Service, Quality, Operations, and Finance to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide structured market and operations feedback to support regional decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in B2B/industrial markets.
  • Experience in small-team leadership; strong customer and operational orientation.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with application service centers or light industrial operations.
  • Background in adhesives, specialty chemicals, or technical selling.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
