Community Liaison (Outside Sales Representative)

Right at Home West LA is hiring for a Community Liaison (Outside Sales Representative) for the Santa Monica/West Los Angeles area. We provide tailored services including companion care, personal care, and specialty care for the elderly. We have been nominated best home care provider and best place to work!

What you'll do in a nutshell:

  • Provide information and education to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations and consumers regarding services offered.
  • Responsible for developing sales opportunities and promoting a positive image of the company in the West Los Angeles/Santa Monica area.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the community, healthcare facilities and referral sources appropriate for our Home Care Services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians and other healthcare professionals that utilize Home Care services. Regularly conduct sales visits to those referral sources to assist them in identifying appropriate for services resulting in increase in clients served by Right at Home.
  • Represent the agency at health fairs, community functions, and participate in community events appropriate for promotion of the agency.
  • Provide regular reporting to management on sales metrics.
  • Outside sales means approximately 50-70% on the road/out of the office sales.
  • Typically Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Exempt position.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Healthcare Administration or similar area of study, preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience
  • Experience in home health, home care or hospice, preferred/not required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and proven relationship building skills.
  • Social media experience and presence on LinkedIn.
  • Organized and self-motivated in achieving sales goals.
