Outside Sales Manager

Right at Home West LA is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Outside Sales Manager to serve as our Community Liaison in the Santa Monica and West Los Angeles area. What You'll Do:

  • Engage with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and assisted living communities to educate them about our services.
  • Support clients and families in navigating post-discharge care options and developing personalized care plans.
  • Promote our services and expand our presence in the West LA/Santa Monica area through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
  • Maintain strong connections with healthcare professionals including discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and physicians.
  • Represent Right at Home at health fairs, community events, and other promotional opportunities.
  • Report regularly on sales activity and performance metrics.
  • Spend 60–75% of your time in the field, meeting with referral sources and community partners.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience.
  • Experience in home care, home health, or hospice is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Active on LinkedIn and familiar with social media outreach.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of $68,640 plus bonus and uncapped commission (this is not a straight salary position).
