- Proficiency in using MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM systems is required for effective sales management.
- The candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be comfortable using handheld technology.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, will have an advantage in this role.
