Focus: Inside Sales, Inbound, Outbound

Your Tasks:

  • Active telephone acquisition of new customers (inbound and outbound, with a focus on inbound) and conducting web demos
  • Contract negotiation and conclusion
  • Presentation of the company and our products
  • Achieving growth and sales targets
  • Continuous market and competition observation
  • You contribute to the continuous improvement and design of our sales processes
  • Close cooperation with other departments
  • Occasional travel due to visits to trade fairs and on-site customer appointments. However, this is not an outside sales activity.

Your Profile:

  • You have a completed education/training, preferably in the commercial or business administration area, or you are a lateral entrant with a lot of motivation
  • You already have experience in B2B sales or business development with a focus on telephone acquisition (sales inside service), ideally of software (SaaS) products
  • You are assertive and have a positive persuasive power, communication skills, and perseverance
  • You are tech-savvy and interested in human resources/HR
  • You have very good German and English language skills (spoken and written)
